Welcome to PwC's Data & Analytics Consulting team

The world of data consulting is changing rapidly. The Data Analytics consulting team helps our clients manage and analyze their data, to discover opportunities for growth, innovation and competitive advantage. Nowadays this is done by creating integrated tools, dashboards, or web applications, replacing excel sheets or Jupyter notebooks. Within our multidisciplinary team, you will use your DevOps skills to come up with practical solutions for complex problems for our clients within the different industries.

You will advise our clients, your DA team members and other PwC colleagues on how to develop solutions to gain insights out of enormous amounts of data. Together you will develop data models, apps, and other data driven solutions based on advanced analytics, software, and cloud. You are the go-to person for other DA team members to assist them with development of software applications on their projects.

Within the Data Analytics Consulting team you will continuously work on your knowledge and DevOps skills. In addition, you will be trained to keep abreast of digital trends related to our field. You will help to develop innovative solutions for our client. That makes it fun to work with us.

Who are you?

Your passion is to work with code in relation to data in order to solve a wide array of problems while working in a dynamic environment, but you also want to deliver the results in a professional format. You are curious by nature, enjoy diving deep to find answers and you have the desire to go beneath the surface of a problem.

We would love to hear from you if you meet the majority of the following expectations:

  • You have successfully completed a master level education in a relevant field such as Computer Science;

  • You know how to work on a project starting from the ground up. You have relevant experience working with Python, knowledge of Django is preferred, additional experience with other programming languages (for example C# or Java) is considered favorably;

  • Fundamentals in object-oriented design, web based application architecture;

  • You have experience working from a backlog, translating user stories into code fitting the given requirements, you bring an agile mind-set and you love to continuously deliver value to our users;

  • You have experience with relational databases and experience with SQL;

  • You have experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker and Git;

  • You are a team player, are open-minded, and are highly engaged and invested. You love to learn and try-out new technologies.
